All of our cocktails are made using fresh, local and in season fruit found within our tropical Whitsunday region and garnished with flowers and herbs picked fresh from our Garden by the Sea.

Our Garden Bar signature cocktail is found on the menu when this vibrant tropical fruit is in season. .. usually not available when winter is coming and is perfect to enjoy on a warm Whitsunday evening.

Rum + Chambord + Sugar Syrup + fresh lime & local Dragon Fruit blended with ice.
